Dates: 12-13 August 2016 (7pm-9:30 Friday; 9am-4:30pm Saturday)
This course is provided by St John's College as part of its Diploma in Anglican Studies. However, it can also be completed without assessment (audit). In order to audit the paper you must attend all the sessions, but you do not need to submit any assessment.
This course considers the role of the rest of the church (besides the youth or children's ministry leaders) in supporting Youth and Children’s Ministry. A key component is how we develop parishes that integrate all the ages well. This course is especially suitable for clergy, parish lay leaders such as churchwardens and vestry members, other members of parishes involved and wanting to be involved in supporting youth and/or children’s ministry.
Teachers: Phil Trotter and Diana Langdon (National Anglican Youth and Children's Staff)
More details and registration options will be made available soon.
